So impressed

So impressed - fantastic electrician Andrew fixed the kitchen under-cabinet lights that were flickering. He diagnosed and fixed the issue incredibly quickly, replacing the LED-driver unit with a brand new one and also fixed another electrical fault which he discovered.

Super friendly, professional and expert.

Highly recommended 10/10

They take care of your property and belongings (e.g. taking their shoes off in the house, covering/protecting surfaces, and cleaning after the job). Their work is thorough, of quality, and they keep you up to date through out the process. I highly recommend Pimlico Plumbers.

Electrical Fault-Finding FAQ’s

Electric shocks can be an unpleasant experience and are a sign of an electrical fault. Contact an electrician to inspect your appliance and electrical system to prevent further injury.

If you see sparks coming from your electric plug socket or outlet, you should turn the power off from the fuse board and stop using it immediately. Contact us to inspect your electrical system immediately, as sparks are a dangerous fire hazard.

A flickering light does not always indicate an electrical fault. Before calling an electrician, you might want to ensure your bulb isn’t loose, or you don’t simply need a new one. If the issue persists it could be due to a faulty light switch, wiring issue or voltage fluctuations, and you’ll need an electrician to diagnose the issue.

Tripping Residual Current Device’s (RCDs) can indicate multiple issues with your electrical system, such as an overloaded circuit or a ground fault. If you experience frequent tripping, try seeing if unplugging some of your devices makes a difference, as you may have a faulty appliance. If the issue persists, book an electrician to diagnose the fault today.

A burning or fishy smell from your electrics can indicate wiring faults, which can be dangerous. Contact us to book your diagnostic service.

A dead electric plug socket can have multiple causes, such as a tripped RCD, faulty wiring or a broken power socket. If your electric plug socket isn’t working, first check your fuse board, if it’s not tripped, then book an electrician to inspect the wiring and socket.

Humming can be caused by a number of different electrical faults including, loose connections or electrical arcing. If you hear electrical humming coming from your electrics, it’s important to get it checked by a professional.
