Electrical installation condition reports
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’s) are a legal requirement for Landlords and have to be completed every 5 years or after change of occupancy (Domestic and commercial); for homeowners it is advisable to get an EICR completed every 10 years to check that the condition of your cabling is not deteriorating or getting to a stage where it is going to start causing issues and potentially become a fire risk.
